Resources

Are you looking for tangible tools, skills and involvement in making positive change? We’ve compiled resources for venue teams to apply to their own teams and buildings.

House Policy and Procedures Update

Venues have House Policies which set out procedures and expectations on how to respond to incidents. These are document templates with suggestions on how to update clear processes for your venue team.

Harassment Report Form

Practical template for encouraging your venue team in recording incidents of antisocial behaviors. Not all incidents are violent, and keeping records can empower venue managers to understand their clientele and rostering security protocols. Information is power.

Use or adapt this downloadable template to record in-house anti-social incidents such as sexual harassment or discrimination.

After-care cards

After-care cards are a bespoke tool developed to offer patrons after they’ve been involved in a venue incident. It offers support resources including phone numbers to local support services. Download the design to print as business cards or contact SVWA to ask if we have stock available.
